		<description>I just tried the Harvest Coarse Ground on hamburger steak. 

I'm a tried-and-true yellow mustard fan and have to admit that the flavor of this is going to take some getting used to. It's got a bite to it that's unlike any I've ever tasted before. It's not unpleasant at all, just very different. 

I'm currently looking for recipes to use this unique mustard in. I think it has great potential in my kitchen to spice up meals for myself and my husband who is diabetic and has to watch what condiments he uses.
